Phone consultation is not available for new patients or patients not visited the practice for more than one year. If such patients need phone consultation, need to attend as a private patient. Fee applies.
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to offer to another patient. It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 3 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid the $30.00 cancellation fee for single and $50 for a double appointment.
